Privacy notice

1. Data controller

Jesús Antonio Blanco Osorio, doing business as White Branding Group, with an address for notices in La Pradera, Irapuato, Guanajuato, Mexico, is responsible for processing your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), published in the Official Gazette on March 20, 2025.

2. Personal data we process

We only collect the data you give us through the contact form, WhatsApp or email:

• Name.
• Email address.
• WhatsApp or phone number.
• Company or brand (optional).
• Service of interest, budget range, preferred language and the content of your message.

If you accept analytics cookies, technical browsing information is also collected (see section 6). We do not request sensitive personal data or financial data through this site.

3. Purposes

Purposes required to handle your request:

• Reply to your message and follow up on your request.
• Prepare and send you quotes or service proposals.
• Contact you via WhatsApp, phone or email about your project.
• Provide the services you may hire from us.

Secondary purpose, not required to serve you: measuring site usage and the effectiveness of our campaigns through Google Analytics and Meta cookies. This only happens if you accept it in the cookie notice, and you may refuse or withdraw your consent at any time without affecting how we serve you.

4. Who we share your data with

We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties. To run the site we rely on providers that process data only on our behalf and under our instructions:

• Vercel Inc. — website hosting.
• Google LLC (Google Apps Script) — receiving and storing contact form messages.
• Google LLC (Google Analytics) and Meta Platforms, Inc. (Meta Pixel) — only if you accept analytics cookies.

These providers may store information on servers outside Mexico. We will only share your data with authorities when required by law or by an order from a competent authority.

5. ARCO rights and withdrawal of consent

You have the right to know what data we hold about you (Access), to have it corrected (Rectification), to have it deleted (Cancellation) and to object to its use for specific purposes (Opposition). You may also withdraw the consent you gave us at any time.

To exercise these rights, send your request to hola@whitebrandingroup.com including:

• Your name and a way to contact you.
• A document proving your identity or, where applicable, that of your legal representative.
• A clear description of the right you wish to exercise and the data involved.
• Any document that helps us locate your data.

We will reply through the same channel within the time limits set by the LFPDPPP. If you believe your request was not properly handled, you may contact Mexico's Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, the authority in charge of personal data protection.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

This site uses Google Analytics and Meta Pixel cookies to obtain browsing statistics (pages visited, time on site, device and browser type, approximate location and clicks on contact buttons). These cookies are only activated if you accept them in the notice shown when you enter the site.

Your choice is stored in your own browser. You can change it at any time with the button at the end of this notice or in your browser settings.

7. Data retention

We keep your data only for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described and any applicable legal obligations. After that, we delete it securely.

8. Changes to this notice

We may update this privacy notice due to legal changes or changes in our services. Any update will be published on this page with its revision date.
